In order to manage and administer our financial planning and advisory services, it may be necessary for us to disclose your information to certain third parties. Unless you consent to this disclosure we will not be able to provide you with financial planning an advisory services. The types of organisations to whom we may disclose your personal information include
- Financial institutions for the provision of financial products such as investments, superannuation and life insurance
- Responsible members of CAFS for the purpose of managing your investments and financial products
- Organisations undertaking compliance reviews of CAFS or reviews of the accuracy and completeness of our information
We will only disclose your personal information to these organisations to enable them to undertake specified management and administrative services. CAFS will not disclose your information for any other purpose unless requested by you.
In some cases it may be necessary to share your information with other members of the AMP Group for the provision of certain services such as information technology or for the provision of AMP financial products which you selected.
Where you wish to authorise any other parties to act on your behalf, to receive information and/or undertake transactions, please notify us in writing.

You may at any time advise us that you wish to recommence receiving such information.
