Workers Compensation - is compulsory for all employers in every state in Australia. Directors and Officers Liability - covers the personal assets of Directors, Officers and employees of a corporation while acting in their capacity as a Director or Officer arising out of a wrongful act. A wrongful act includes breach of duty, breach of trust, neglect, error, misstatement, misleading statement, omission or breach of warranty of authority.
